Bathrooms also have custom cabinetry by Italian bathroom manufacturer Rexa and radiant heated flooring, and there is a Bosch washing machine/dryer in each apartment. With dramatic architecture that pays homage to its historic NoHo surroundings, the striking six-story building was designed by the renowned Morris Adjmi Architects.
